Jamie Keating grew up in South Bound Brook, NJ.  He is a graduate of Paul Smith’s College, located in the Adirondacks of New York, and the Culinary Institute at Greystone in California. He is a member of the 2008 ACF United States Culinary Olympic Team and a recent triple gold medalist in the Kochunhunst Austerlang, Erfurt, Germany.
Jamie Keating is married to Melissa (Rostak) Keating, vice president of operations, and father to four children: Christopher, Nicholas, Jack and Katie.
Before building his own empire, Chef Jamie built his resume with positions at the Hyatt Hotels in Altanta, Hilton Head, respected establishments in New Jersey, and France. Further decorating his long list of experience, he landed a role at a Michelin 3 Star restaurant in France and continued his studies at the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.  The Food Network has featured Jamie Keating as well as many other culinary and national publications.
Jamie Keating is the owner and Certified Executive Chef of JKCulinary Catering Company as well as his two properties, Epic Restaurant and premiere catering venue the Rivermill Event Centre.
Culinary ingenuity and a guest experience unlike any other have won Epic the highly coveted AAA Four-Diamond Award. Jamie Keating creates a fine dining experience infused with a WOW factor unlike any other. Epic boasts a luxurious list of cheeses and charcuterie, daily menu changes with culinary creations in the upper echelons of gastronomy, an extensive wine list, and hand-crafted libations featuring fresh palatable herbs and embellishments.
The Rivermill Event Centre hosts a grandiose range of events from weddings to military formals, birthday parties, corporate events, holiday parties and black tie events. The same caliber of opulent culinary creativity is available at the Rivermill as one would enjoy at Epic Restaurant for an occasion that accommodates many more than a table for four. At the Rivermill, traditional banquet menus are also available.
JKCulinary is the business entity fueled by the creative mind behind both properties and all three operations.  JKCulinary provides premiere off-site catering. Some of JKCulinary’s most renowned events include the Steeplechase Race at Callaway.
